Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data


Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods, including delivery and third party referrals are:


· Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.


· Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for service updates or marketing purposes are:


· Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:


· We obtain information about you when you visit our website and subscribe to one of our newsletters, enter one of our competitions, and when you purchase items via our payment links. Personal information we collect could include your name, address, email address and telephone number. We do not collect your card information. This is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit and debit card details. We use your information to: process your item orders process your competition entries notify you of any changes to our products, services, events and competitions send you information you have requested seek your views on our products, services, events and competitions

How long we keep information


We may store your personal information for a number of years so that we are able to link your preferences and purchases back to a single unique record that we hold for you on our system.


If there are aspects of your record that are inaccurate or that you would like to remove, you can usually do this by contacting us via email.


Any objections you make to any processing of your data will be stored against your record on our system, in order that we can comply with your requests.


Your data will not be kept by us indefinitely; instead, we will keep it for up to five years after your last interaction with us (with an ‘interaction’ defined by us as contacting us, purchasing of one of our items or tickets, attending one of our events, entering of one of our competitions, or the opening of one of our emails). Such interactions will be reviewed annually by us at the end of each year; if you have not interacted with us in the five years prior, your personal information will be removed from our records.
